Symptoms
블루투스 오디오 장치를 연결한 후 블루투스 버튼 블루투스를 켜거나 끄면 장치 설정 기능이 정상입니다.
이 문제는 오디오를 재생하는 동안 또는 Teams 통화 또는 Zoom 통화 중에 켜기 및 끄기 버튼을 클릭할 때 발생합니다.
Bluetooth 장치는 음악을 재생할 때 장치 관리자에 노란색 느낌표가 표시되며 Bluetooth를 껐다가 켜면 문제가 발생하면 Bluetooth 켜기 및 끄기 스위치가 회색으로 표시됩니다.

시스템을 재부팅해도 문제를 복구할 수 없습니다.
Cause
ISST( Intel Smart Sound Technology ) 드라이버 문제의 오디오 Bluetooth 오프로드
Resolution
컴퓨터에서 오디오 드라이버를 버전 6.0.9597.1 이상으로 업데이트하면 문제가 해결됩니다. 드라이버를 다운로드하고 설치하려면 Dell 드라이버 다운로드 및 설치 방법을 참조하십시오.
오디오 드라이버가 업데이트되면 ISST 드라이버가 버전 10.29.00.9947 이상으로 업데이트됩니다.
