Symptoms
配置 MCC CPU 和 96GB DIMM 的 PowerEdge R860 和 R960 伺服器將無法識別記憶體。出現「No memory found」錯誤這表示 MCC CPU 不支援 96 GB DIMM。
Cause
根據 Intel 的 96 GB DIMM 支援規格，只有極致核心數 （XCC） CPU 支援這種類型的 DIMM。MCC CPU 不會。因此，對於任何涉及 96GB DIMM 的驗證，必須使用 XCC CPU 而不是 MCC CPU。
Resolution
從 BIOS 1.6.6 版本開始，搭配 XCC CPU 的 R860 和 R960 支援 96 GB DDR5 RDIMM。
