Cause
Before the occurrence of the warning PDR16 event, there is also an observation of the warning event: SSD0001: SSD Write Endurance is less than the threshold value of "Remaining Write Rated Endurance."

For certain Dell SSDs, a remaining write endurance level below a specific threshold triggers an SSD SMART predictive failure.
Resolution
The SMART predictive failure alert was triggered because the SSD's remaining write endurance fell below the threshold.
Follow Dell's warranty policy to determine the appropriate actions to take.
"The applicable limited hardware warranty covers failures due to defects in workmanship and or materials, but does not cover problems related to the device reaching its maximum Device Life."
