Dell VxRail: VxRail Adapter Shows a "Warning" Status in vROPs

Symptoms

User found that the VxRail adapter shows a Warning status:

If they click VALIDATE CONNECTION, it shows a timeout error: 
Error: Wait for response of task 'Test connection' is timed out for collector 'vRealize Operations Manager Collector-....'.

Cause

VxRail management pack version 1.0.15477007 is not supported VxRail 7.0.
 
Installed integration package
 

Resolution

To address this issue, install VxRail Management Pack 1.2 or later. 
  1. Download the latest VxRail management pack and install (upgrade) on your vROps environment. 
  2. Follow the VMware vROps procedure to install the VxRail management pack 1.2 or later.
  3. After the management pack is installed, update Credentials and VALIDATE CONNETION. This must be done to trust vCenter again.
