How to Extend Battery Life

Follow these options to increase the battery life of your Alienware AW720H headset. Battery life varies based on the settings during use.

  1. Reduce or Turn Off RGB Lighting:
    The RGB lighting brightness reduces the operational battery life, Users may choose to reduce or turn off the RGB lighting for better battery life in Alienware Command Center. After turning the RGB lighting off, the expectation for battery life is up to 30 hours on dongle mode.
  2. Turn Off the AW720H headset When Not in Use:
    When the headset is on, press and hold the power button for three seconds before releasing. Listen for the "turn off" prompt and see that the white LED indicator next to the power button turns off.
