CSM Operator prior to v1.4.3 does not automatically deploy TLS certificates as part of the observability deployment

Symptoms
Before CSM Operator v1.4.3, the user had to manually deploy either self-signed or custom certificates to go along with an observability deployment.
Cause
The CSM Operator was not set up to deploy certificates for observability, so the user would have to deploy them manually after deploying observability.
Resolution
In CSM Operator v1.4.3, the operator creates the certificates for the user. This was not the case prior to CSM Operator v1.4.3.
If the user wants self-signed certificates, these are deployed automatically.
If the user wants custom certificates, they must provide base64-encoded certificate/private-key pairs in the sample file being used. Documentation for this change is provided, starting in the CSM v1.9.3 release:
