USB Type-C port randomly fails to detect the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra when charging is set to Off in standby mode for some monitors.
Cause
This is the known compatible issue between the Dell monitors and Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Monitors are working as designed.
Resolution
Connect the USB Type C cable to U3824DW and Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra first then do one of the following actions to solve the issue.
- Press the Power button on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to power off, and then turn it back on.
Or, - Restart Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra
