Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Domain Cloud Tierデバイス用にNetWorkerで新しいボリュームにラベルを付けると、デバイスのラベル付け手順で次のエラーが発生します。mtree xxxxxxxおよびクラウド ユニットyyyyyyyのデータ移動ポリシーを取得できません: HTTP 応答 500 はエラーを示します。

Cause

この操作を実行するためにNetWorkerで定義されているPowerProtect Data Domainユーザーの'管理ロール'が'none'である。ラベル付け操作を成功させるには、これを「admin」に設定する必要があります。

PowerProtect DD System Managerで、NetWorkerで定義されたユーザー([DD Boost認証情報]セクション)に「admin」ロールがあることを確認します。次の例を参照してください。
