Symptoms

펌웨어 버전이 1.0.0인 SK Hynix PS1010 및 PS1030 NVMe SSD 드라이브에서 PCIe 버스 치명적인 오류와 OS 충돌이 발생할 수 있습니다.
이 상태는 드라이브에 I/O 워크로드가 많을 때 운영 환경에서 나타날 수 있습니다. 또한 일부 시나리오에서 다음과 같은 경우 나타날 수 있습니다. vm-support 가 수집되거나 OS 데이터가 포함된 TSR 로그가 포함된 경우입니다.

  • Bus Fatal Error가 발생하는 위치는 드라이브 구성에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
  • 이 문제는 vSAN ESA 환경에서 보고되었지만 vSAN OSA에도 존재할 수 있습니다.
  • Windows 및 Linux 운영 체제에서 PS10x0 드라이브의 PCIe 버스 치명적 오류가 잠재적으로 나타날 수 있습니다.

Cause

PS1010 및 PS1030 NVMe 드라이브는 내부 드라이브 작업이 지연되고 정해진 기간 내에 완료되지 않아 이 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다.

Resolution

PS1010/PS1030 NVMe SSD를 펌웨어 버전 1.2.0 이상으로 업데이트합니다. 펌웨어 업데이트 패키지는 두 드라이브 모델 모두에서 호환됩니다.

참고: PS1010/PS1030 드라이브를 펌웨어 버전 1.0.0에서 상위 버전으로 업그레이드하려면 시스템 전원을 껐다 켜야 합니다. 드라이브의 iDRAC UI 및 OS 유틸리티에 업데이트된 펌웨어가 표시되지만 전원 주기가 완료될 때까지 PCIe 오류가 계속 발생할 수 있습니다. 이 단계를 수행하려면 시스템의 전원을 완전히 껐다가 펌웨어 업데이트가 적용된 후 다시 켭니다.
