生产许可证
无法强制执行上传的许可证文件：提供的文件不是有效的许可证文件，或者不是此版本的正确文件。（ASMCOMMONS.0070）
即使许可证有效，也会发生这种情况。可以使用文本编辑器查看许可证文件的属性，以确认 SWID 和过期信息正确无误。
Cause
从 3.x 升级到 4.x 时，PowerFlex Gateway 会从独立虚拟机 （3.x） 过渡到 pod/服务 （4.x）。由于 PowerFlex Manager 已从 3.x 升级到 4.x，因此需要先升级网关，然后 PowerFlex Manager才能接受 4.x 许可证。
Resolution
在应用 4.x 生产许可证和 MDS 许可证之前升级了网关
