Symptoms
The iDRAC Physical Disk Storage view shows the drives as Locked.

The life cycle Log will show SEKM046 after Power Lost.

Cause
The key exchange request during host boot after AC Cycle is occurring before the iDRAC network service (d9net) is available.
Resolution
To work around this issue, perform an iDRAC reset.
