Due to more than one-touch monitor (Logitech Tap Controller and Dell Large Frame Monitor (LFM)) attached to a VCRS MTR room, users might experience touch monitor issues with the touchscreen not working on some of the touch monitors. When this happens, the Microsoft Whiteboard does not function as well in MTR.
Steps for enabling touch functionality on touch-enabled monitors or devices:
- Log in to the Administrator account with password:
sfb.
- In the search box on the taskbar, enter Calibrate, and select Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input from the list of results.
- Under the Display tab, select Calibrate.
- Choose Pen or Touch input.
- Perform the point calibration that appears on the screen.
- Save the calibrated data.
Note: Ensure that the Logitech tap controller is set as the primary monitor under the display settings and the computers power plan settings (turn-off and sleep) are set to Never.
