Instructions
This guide walks administrators through the process of connecting Dell Management Portal to Microsoft Intune.
Affected Products:
- Dell Management Portal
- Log in to the Microsoft Intune admin center
and click Devices.

- From Devices Overview, expand Manage devices and then click Partner portals.
- From Devices Partner portals, click Dell Management Portal.
Note: Alternatively, go directly to Dell Management Portal. - Click Connect now.
Note:- To enable integration, log in with a global administrator account using Microsoft Entra credentials.
- The following permissions are required for Dell Management Portal:
- Read all users' full profiles
- Read directory data
- Read your BitLocker keys
- Read devices Microsoft Intune devices
- Read and write Microsoft Intune apps
- Read and write Microsoft Intune device configuration and policies
- Perform user-impacting remote actions on Microsoft Intune devices
- Maintain access to data that you have given it access to
- Dell does not collect or retain any customer data from Microsoft Intune. The data remains in the Microsoft tenant but is supplemented with Dell-specific capabilities which are transacted with Microsoft infrastructure through Graph API calls.
- Click the checkbox next to Consent on behalf of your organization and then click Accept.
