Symptoms

基準測試軟體報告 Phison P0221 SSD 上的寫入性能不佳。Crystaldiskmark 和其他效能指標工具會在 Non-Volatile Memory Express （NVMe） 磁碟機上傳回「磁碟讀取/寫入速度 0」。

Cause

磁碟機韌體 （FW） 無法在背景中執行垃圾收集 （GC）。未清除單層單元 （SLC） 快取。完整的快取記憶體會使韌體在前景觸發 GC，這會限制主機命令。這會導致效能隨時間推移而下降。

Resolution
