The laptops keyboard backlight is always off. The backlight cannot be turned on using hotkeys or the BIOS setup. This occurs after updating the BIOS to version 1.5.0.

Cause

The issue is with BIOS version 1.5.0.

Resolution

Note: Before starting the update, perform the following:
