OpenManage Enterprise：4.5.xではiDRACからリアルタイムの温度を表示できない

Symptoms

  • デバイスの詳細ページに、赤いボックス メッセージが表示されます。」Unable to complete the operation Get Realtime Temperature because the device did not respond.」
  • モニターのメトリック タブで、温度グラフに「利用可能なデータがありません」と表示されます。
  • MessageId":"CDEV6060" に登録されています Tomcat\application.logの詳細を確認してください。
  • デバイスの詳細ページに赤いボックス メッセージが表示されます。「デバイスが応答しなかったため、Get Realtime Temperature操作を完了できません。」

これはすべての組織に影響します iDRAC10 firmware version >= 1.20.70.50 and idrac9 version>= 7.20.60.50

Cause

  • 1.20.70.50より前のiDRAC10ファームウェア バージョン、または7.20.60.50 < iDRAC9バージョンでシステム吸気温度の詳細を取得するために使用されるAPIは次のとおりです。 /redfish/v1/Systems/System.Embedded.1/Oem/Dell/DellNumericSensors/iDRAC.Embedded.1_0x23_SystemBoardInletTemp
  • この API は /redfish/v1/Systems/System.Embedded.1/Oem/Dell/DellNumericSensors/iDRAC.Embedded.1_0x23_InletTemp iDRAC10ファームウェア バージョン1.20.70.50およびiDRAC9ファームウェア バージョン7.20.60.50以降。 
  • OpenManage Enterprise 4.5.xでは、データのフェッチに使用するAPIにこの変更が組み込まれていないため、エラーが発生します。 

Resolution

この問題の修正は、OpenManage Enterpriseバージョン4.6.0で使用できます。
