Symptoms

  • BMR restore wizard (WinPE ISO) does not display all registered hosts.
  • Only the first 100 hosts are shown in the UI.
  • Unable to select the intended client for DR restore.
  • Observed on PowerProtect Data Manager versions 19.20 and 19.21 with FSAgent versions 19.20 and 19.21.

Cause

The BMR wizard enforces a default pagination limit of 100 hosts. When the number of registered clients exceeds this threshold, additional hosts are not displayed, preventing selection for restore. 

Resolution

Upgrade both PowerProtect Data Manager and FSAgent to version 19.22 or later. This resolves the pagination limitation and allows full host visibility during BMR restore.
