Symptoms

  • NWUI 儀表板無法顯示活動資料。
  • 監視日誌顯示連接錯誤。
Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring Service.
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
  • NWUI 連接埠 9095 和 5435 已確認開啟。

Cause

使用 NetWorker 不支援的 Java OpenJDK 8 組建 201，會導致此問題。

Resolution

1.裝 NetWorker 執行時間環境 （NRE）。
2.重新設定 NetWorker 服務。

  1. 停止 NetWorker 服務。
  2. 執行 下列 指令檔：
/opt/nsr/authc-server/scripts/authc_configure.sh
  1. 將 Java 路徑指向 NRE 安裝路徑。
  2. 創建新的金鑰庫。
  3. 啟動 NetWorker 服務。

3.重新設定 NWUI 服務

  1. 停止 NWUI 服務
  2. 執行 下列 指令檔：
/opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh
  1. 將 Java 路徑指向 NRE 位置
  2. 建立 新的 金鑰庫 與資料庫
  3. 啟動NWUI 服務

4.驗證

  1. 啟動 NWUI
  2. 確認儀表板已成功載入並顯示活動資料。
