Symptoms

  • NWUI 控制面板无法显示活动数据。
  • 监视日志显示连接错误。
Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring Service.
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
  • NWUI 端口 9095 和 5435 已确认打开。

Cause

使用 NetWorker 不支持的 Java OpenJDK 8 内部版本 201 会导致此问题。

Resolution

1.安装 NetWorker Runtime Environment （NRE）。
2.重新配置 NetWorker 服务。

  1. 停止 NetWorker 服务。
  2. 运行 以下 脚本：
/opt/nsr/authc-server/scripts/authc_configure.sh
  1. 将 Java 路径指向 NRE 安装路径。
  2. 创建 新 密钥库。
  3. 启动 NetWorker 服务。

3.重新配置 NWUI 服务

  1. 停止 NWUI 服务
  2. 运行 以下 脚本：
/opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh
  1. 将 Java 路径指向 NRE 位置
  2. 创建 新的 密钥库 和数据库
  3. 启动NWUI 服务

4.验证

  1. 启动 NWUI
  2. 确认控制面板已成功加载并显示活动数据。
