Symptoms

  • NWUI 대시보드에 활동 데이터가 표시되지 않습니다.
  • 모니터링 로그에 연결 오류가 표시됩니다.
Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring Service.
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
  • NWUI 포트 9095 및 5435가 열린 것으로 확인되었습니다.

Cause

NetWorker에서 지원되지 않는 Java OpenJDK 8 빌드 201을 사용하면 이 문제가 발생합니다.

Resolution

1. 설치하다 NRE(NetWorker Runtime Environment).
2. NetWorker 재구성 서비스.

  1. NetWorker 서비스를 중지합니다.
  2. 다음 스크립트를실행합니다.
/opt/nsr/authc-server/scripts/authc_configure.sh
  1. Java 경로를NRE 설치 경로로 지정합니다.
  2. 새 키 저장소를 생성합니다.
  3. NetWorker 서비스를 시작합니다.

3. NWUI 재구성 서비스

  1. NWUI 서비스를 중지합니다
  2. 다음 스크립트를실행합니다.
/opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh
  1. Java 경로에서 NRE 위치를 가리킵니다.
  2. 새 키 저장소 및 데이터베이스 생성
  3. NWUI 서비스를 시작합니다

4. 검증

  1. NWUI 시작
  2. 대시보드가 로드되고 활동 데이터가 표시되는지 확인합니다.
