Symptoms

Dell ThinOS 10 and Dell ThinOS 9 clients may experience outages and failure to connect when they connect to a Microsoft Azure environment.

Affected Operating Systems:

  • Dell ThinOS 10
  • Dell ThinOS 9

Cause

A token format change resulted in a validation failure and cause an outage. This matter has been resolved in the latest code update in a means by which future token format changes will not impact the ability for users to connect.

Resolution

Installing the AVD PKG file with version 3.3.3146 for Dell ThinOS 9 or version 3.2.367_T10 or later for Dell ThinOS 10 resolves the issue. For more information about installation, refer to the AVD PKG file’s installation instructions.
