Cause
Problema de codificación de cakey.pem archivo.
El cakey.pem El archivo se creó mediante PowerShell. El formato de Out-File predeterminado es UTF-16 LE. El archivo no se lee correctamente durante el inicio del servicio GSTD, lo que provoca la falla.
Resolution
Al crear el archivo cakey.pem mediante PowerShell, aplique la codificación ASCII. Ejemplo:
