Síntomas

Ce problème se produit lorsque plusieurs connexions à l’interface de ligne de commande AppSync sont tentées simultanément. Le problème est très intermittent.
 

L’utilisateur exécute l’interface de ligne de commande AppSync pour exécuter un plan de service, répertorier toutes les copies et monter/démonter une copie, mais celui-ci échoue par intermittence.

L’exécution d’un plan de service échoue avec :
C :\EMC\AppSync\appsync-cli\appsync-cli.bat -login server=xxxxxx port=8445 user=admin password=xxxxxxxx

INFO : AppSync a été authentifié avec succès !

C :\EMC\AppSync\appsync-cli\appsync-cli.bat -runSP app=filesystem service_plan=xxxxxxx

ERROR : Échec de l’exécution du SP !

La liste de toutes les copies créées pour un plan de service ou un objet d’application échoue avec :
C :\EMC\AppSync\appsync-cli\appsync-cli.bat -login server=xxxxxx port=8445 user=admin password=xxxxxxxx

INFO : AppSync a été authentifié avec succès !

C :\EMC\AppSync\appsync-cli\appsync-cli.bat -listCopies app=filesystem service_plan=xxxxxx age=all

ERROR : Impossible de localiser les copies.

Causa

Le serveur AppSync est conçu pour collecter la liste des rôles attribués à l’utilisateur une fois authentifié.

Le serveur AppSync collecte les informations sur le rôle après l’authentification et les écrit dans un lockbox (similaire à un fichier) afin de les récupérer ultérieurement.
Une fois que le serveur AppSync récupère les informations stockées, elles sont supprimées. Toutefois, si plusieurs connexions sont tentées simultanément, une session supprime les informations avant qu’elles ne soient récupérées par une autre session. 

Pour faire simple, il s’agit d’un problème d’accès simultané dû à plusieurs connexions (plus d’une) en même temps
