Resolución
Las pruebas de Dell para las actualizaciones de características de Windows 10 comienzan con versiones internas y continúan a través de las correcciones y actualizaciones disponibles antes de que se publique una versión para web (RTW) en Windows Update, tras lo cual se continúa hasta el fin del soporte para una versión de Windows 10.
Microsoft proporciona frecuentemente a Dell compilaciones de vista previa, las cuales se prueban frente a las aplicaciones actuales de Dell Data Security tanto generalmente disponibles como en desarrollo. Una vez que se envían compilaciones finales a Internet mediante lanzamientos a Windows Update, al sitio de descarga de software Windows 10 de Microsoft y a los canales de Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Dell realiza una validación adicional para obtener la validación de soporte final.
Dell se esfuerza por lograr compatibilidad en las aplicaciones compiladas de Dell Data Security en un plazo de 30 días a partir de la fecha de lanzamiento para cada hito de actualización de funciones de Windows 10.
