Síntomas
DisplayPort 1.2 Support
Inspiron 7500, 7500, and Vostro 7500 laptops support the DisplayPort (DP) 1.2 specification through the USB-C port. It may not display video correctly and cause the laptop to stop responding after connecting a DP 1.4 monitor over USB-C.
Causa
The monitor is running at a higher specification than the laptop.
Resolución
Set the monitor to the DP 1.2 setting before connecting it to the laptop to resolve this behavior.
