PowerProtect: La restauración de VM de VMware de PPDM falla. Código de error ARV0037

La UI de PowerProtect Data Manager registra el siguiente error para la restauración de acceso instantáneo:

ARV0037: VM Direct engine is unable to restore the virtual machine 'SQL01' on vCenter 'vc70.myorg.local' because the virtual machine reconfiguration was unsuccessful.

The VM Direct engine cannot complete the restore of this virtual machine because the reconfiguration of the virtual machine on the vCenter cannot be successfully completed.
Verify that the datastore has enough free space for the operation.     <====  This message is misleading. IA restore creates its now NFS datastore. No need to troubleshoot datastore space issue

La resolución permanente es actualizar a PowerProtect Data Manager 19.15 cuando esté disponible.

Las siguientes soluciones alternativas se pueden utilizar para restaurar la VM hasta que PowerProtect Data Manager 19.15 esté disponible.

1. Restaure la VM a un clúster de vSphere diferente al clúster de la VM de origen.
2. Comuníquese con el soporte técnico de Dell para obtener un archivo binario de diagnóstico que se pueda aplicar al motor de protección para completar la restauración.
