Data Domain: DDOS 7.8 UI Core Dump Download Error

Síntomas

Core dump files cannot be downloaded from the Data Domain System Manager (DDSM) when running DD OS 7.8. The following message appears when the "Download" button is clicked:
""code":401,"messages":["Unauthorized"]"
 
Support bundles and other log files can still be downloaded from the DDSM without issue.

Causa

This is due to a code defect. The support page was revamped in DD OS 7.8 and this issue arose as a consequence of the code change.

Resolución

Use an alternative protocol to download the file:
