Avamar: Fout bij het opnieuw licentiëren van een raster: "ERROR: avmaint: license: server_exception(MSG_ERR_NOTSTARTED)"

De volgende fout wordt weergegeven tijdens de installatie van de licentie nadat het hulpprogrammaknooppunt is vervangen:

ERROR: avmaint: license: server_exception(MSG_ERR_NOTSTARTED)

De Avamar Services Control Daemon (ASCD)-service is uitgeschakeld op het Avamar Utility-knooppunt.

1. Meld u aan bij het Avamar hulpprogrammaknooppunt als beheerder.

2. Controleer of de ASCD-service niet wordt uitgevoerd:

ps -ef |grep ascd |grep -v "grep" 

De opdracht geeft geen uitvoer als de ASCD-service niet beschikbaar is. Stop met het gebruik van deze oplossing als de service wordt uitgevoerd.

3. Start ASCD opnieuw:

ascd start

4. Controleer of de ASCD-service wordt uitgevoerd:

5. Pas de nieuwe licentie toe:

avmaint license /tmp/ --ava
