Causa

O Centera de origem está em má forma, por exemplo, os DBinits estão em execução. Causando timeouts para consultas de SDK do CAS enviadas do ECS para enumeração dos clipes.

Resolución

Entre em contato com o suporte do Centera para obter mais assistência sobre a causa raiz da consulta SDK do CAS com falha enviada do ECS ao Centera.
Tentar novamente a fase de enumeração (várias vezes) da interface do usuário do ECS pode ajudar. Como ela continua a enumeração de onde ela foi deixada, ela pode ser concluída com sucesso posteriormente.
