El servidor Avamar se actualizó de 19.4 a 19.7.
PDM falla con el siguiente mensaje; 
Error durante la búsqueda de tareas. Failed with HTTP error code:404 additional information" HTTP Status 404 – Not Found.

Este es un problema de software.

1) Inicie sesión en el sistema operativo avamar Utility Node como usuario raíz.

2) Cambie el permiso de preferences.dtd 

chmod 444 /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/preferences.dtd 

3) Reinicie el servicio tomcat 

tomcatctl stop
tomcatctl start
