• None of the Dell Data Protection product lines are vulnerable to the issues caused by the OpenSSL CVE-2014-0160 security vulnerability, otherwise known as the Heartbleed Bug. Dell Security Management Server Virtual (formerly Dell Data Protection | Virtual Edition) includes the OpenSSL versions subject to update, but Dell Security Management Server Virtual is not susceptible to the vulnerability.
• Customers should implement all updates as we release them, as a best practice.
