Shield 버전 8.13에서 8.15로 업그레이드한 후 사용자에게 EAP(Encryption Admin Password)를 입력하라는 메시지가 계속 표시될 수 있습니다.

경우에 따라 쉴드가 Hardware Crypto-Accelerator 모듈이 컴퓨터에 설치되어 있는 것을 잘못 식별할 수 있습니다.

이 경우 쉴드 로그에 다음 로그 항목이 표시됩니다. C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption:
