Síntomas

When performing unmap of a volume in the Block UI, the unmap window will be blank:

Causa

When SDNAS is enabled the list of volume mappings includes hidden SDNAS volumes, which causes the UI issue.

Resolución

The user will have to use the CLI or API to unmap volumes if SDNAS is in use.

SCLI Commands:

scli --query_all                has all the information about the capacity of the SP
scli --query_all_SDS        has all the information about the SDS status
scli --query_all_device    returns drive status  
scli --query_sds --sds_id <sds id>  - returns sds device mapping

 

unmap_volume_from_host

Unmap a volume from one host or all hosts.
Syntax 
scli --unmap_volume_from_host (--volume_id <ID> | --volume_name <NAME>) (--host_id <ID> | --host_name <NAME> | --nvme_host_nqn <NQN> | --sdc_guid <GUID> | --sdc_ip <IP> | --all_host) [--i_am_sure]

Add the attributes --volume class and --sdc_guid to unmap volumes from the host:

scli --unmap_volume_from_host --volume_id <ID> --sdc_guid <GUID> --volume_class nascluster

For example:

scli --unmap_volume_from_host --volume_id 2f362c3800000100 --sdc_guid 01D16FC2-342B-4CC2-A050-DCD97B4E0GH7 --volume_class nascluster

Unmap the volume from all hosts.
