Causa

De HTTP-responscode 554 betekent dat de ontvangende server iets ziet in de from- of to-headers van het bericht, dat niet prettig is.
Er zijn verschillende oorzaken hiervoor. Een ongeldige e-mailtitel of de afzender is geblokkeerd of staat niet in de allowlist voor de ontvangende e-mailserver.
In dit geval accepteerde de allowlist-instelling voor de mailserver alleen e-mailaanvragen van de IP's op de allowlist.

Resolución

U kunt dit probleem oplossen door de Cloudlink-knooppunten toe te voegen aan de allowlist voor die mailserver.
