PowerEdge: DSU 2.0.2 fails to run on some Nonenglish Windows Operating Systems.

DSU 2.0.2 may fail with error in nonenglish windows OS.

Error occurs, even when DSU is run by administrator user.
Similar issues may be seen with other Locales where "administrators" group is represented with different string.

DSU 2.0.2 has security enhancements resulting in issue.

Folder owner administrators group is reported as administratorzy in PL-PL(Polish language) locale. Resulting in failure.

DSU is not supported on non-English Operating systems and no workaround exists for OS with PL-PL locale.
The next release may have changes to fix this specific issue, ETA is not available.
