Falha nos backups do PowerProtect Server Disaster Recovery com AccessDeniedException

Os backups de recuperação de desastres (DR) do servidor do PowerProtect Data Manager Appliance estão falhando, com uma exceção. A coluna /var/log/brs/serverdr/serverdr.log programas:

As permissões incorretas são configuradas para o /data01/serverdr_staging/postgres_pwd diretório. A causa das permissões incorretas não é conhecida.

Atualize as permissões do /data01/serverdr_staging/postgres_pwd diretório.

• Abra uma sessão SSH no PowerProtect Data Manager e faça a autenticação com a conta de administrador.
• Use o comando su Comande e autentique com a senha root: sudo su
• Update the postgres_pwd directory permissions:chmod 777 postgres_pwd
• Update the postgres_pwd directory owner: chown admin:admin postgres_pwd
