您可以輸入使用者名稱以結束此畫面： ddpuser 和密碼

若要變通解決此問題，請啟動命令行管理程式並按照下列步驟操作：

1. 類型 su ddpsupport 然後按下 Enter 鍵。
2. 輸入 ddpsupport 密碼，然後按下 Enter 鍵。
3. 輸入命令， cd /opt/dell/cfg 然後按下 Enter 鍵。
4. 輸入命令 sudo rm cert.cfg 然後按下 Enter 鍵。
5. 輸入 exit 並按下 Enter 鍵，然後輸入 exit ，然後再次按下 Enter 鍵以返回管理主控台。
6. 返回「建立憑證申請」區段，提示輸入必填欄位。
