Symptômes

Cause

VSS 是 NetWorker 备份使用的 Microsoft 技术。VSS 问题通常在客户端上与操作系统有关，或者安装了影响 VSS 的新修补程序。

Résolution

在客户端上： 
  1. 打开管理员命令提示符。
  2. 停止 NetWorker 客户端：
net stop nsrexecd /y
  1. 终止任何未停止的 NetWorker 服务：
taskkil /F /IM nsr*
  1. 终止未停止的任何 NetWorker 备份进程：
taskkill /F /IM save* 
  1. 重命名 C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\daemon.raw
  2. 删除 C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp（任何已重命名的 /tmp 目录）。
  3. 打开 SERVICES （或 services.msc）。 
  4. 查找 VOLUME SHADOW COPY 服务 STOP ，然后为此服务启动
  5. 开始 NetWorker 客户端服务：
net start nsrexecd
  • 如果问题仍然存在，请测试要备份的小型文件或目录并排除 VSS：
  1. 在客户端上，打开管理员命令提示符。
  2. 运行以下命令以测试所选目录或文件的小型备份：
save -vv -D5 -s  -b  -o VSS:*=off
  • 如果备份成功，请在客户端配置中禁用 VSS。

  1. 要禁用特定客户端的 VSS，请在 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 中打开客户端属性。
  2. 在 APPS&MODULES 选项卡下>输入 Backup 命令：
save -o VSS:*=off
