Cause

Résolution

Aktualisieren Sie die Berechtigungen für die /data01/serverdr_staging/postgres_pwd .

  • Öffnen Sie eine SSH-Sitzung für PowerProtect Data Manager und authentifizieren Sie sich mit dem Administratorkonto.
  • Verwenden Sie den Befehl su und authentifizieren Sie sich mit dem Root-Kennwort: sudo su
  • Update the postgres_pwd directory permissions:chmod 777 postgres_pwd
  • Update the postgres_pwd directory owner: chown admin:admin postgres_pwd
