Le microphone de la webcam Dell n’apparaît pas dans les applications de communication unifiée (Zoom, Teams, etc.).

Cause

Le paramètre par défaut du microphone de la webcam est désactivé.

Résolution

La méthode d’activation du microphone diffère selon que vous utilisez Windows ou macOS. Cliquez sur le système d’exploitation approprié pour obtenir plus d’informations.

Windows

  1. Téléchargez et installez Dell Peripheral Manager (DPeM).
  2. Dans le panneau de configuration de Dell Peripheral Manager, sous Audio, faites glisser le curseur Microphone de la caméra pour activer le microphone.

  3. Si le microphone est activé dans Dell Peripheral Manager et qu’il ne fonctionne toujours pas, activez-le dans les paramètres Windows. Pour ce faire, cliquez sur le menu Démarrer , recherchez Paramètres audio, puis ouvrez Paramètres audio.
  4. Sous Input, sélectionnez Microphone (Dell Webcam WBxxxx) comme périphérique d’entrée. Le microphone de la webcam Dell Pro WB5023 ou de la webcam Dell WB3023 doit désormais détecter le son.

Remarque : Si vous connectez la caméra à un ordinateur Dell, mettez à jour le pilote audio de l’ordinateur vers la dernière version pour améliorer la compatibilité du microphone de la caméra.

macOS

  1. Accédez à Dell Display and Peripheral Manager (DDPM).
  2. Cliquez sur l’onglet Pilotes et téléchargements.
  3. Sélectionnez Apple macOS sous Système d’exploitation.
  4. Cliquez sur le bouton Télécharger pour télécharger l’application Dell Display Manager et Peripheral Manager.
  5. Connectez la webcam Dell professionnelle - WB5023 ou la webcam Dell - WB3023 au Mac.
  6. Cliquez sur l’onglet Webcam dans le panneau de gauche.
  7. Cliquez sur Webcam Control dans le panneau de droite.
  8. Sur le panneau de droite, faites glisser le microphone de la caméra pour activer le microphone.

  9. La webcam s’éteint après la modification des paramètres.
