Instructions

Dell Digital Delivery and Alienware Digital Delivery reached their end of life and end of support on October 28, 2025. Software bundled with a Dell device can now be obtained using Dell Optimizer 6.x or Dell Purchased Apps.

Note: These applications require the device to have TPM 2.0 installed and active. Older devices that do not support TPM 2.0 should uninstall Dell Digital Delivery. See How to Uninstall Dell Digital Delivery.

Transition to the new Dell Optimizer

Dell Optimizer 6.x includes the Dell Purchased Apps module to access software bundled with your Dell device. To learn more about Dell Optimizer, including installation instructions, refer to KB article Transition to the New Dell Optimizer

Install Dell Purchased Apps on Alienware devices

If your device does not support Dell Optimizer 6.x, or if you have an Alienware branded device, install the Dell Purchased Apps standalone application from the Microsoft Store.

Note: The Dell Purchased Apps application UI is customized when installed on Alienware products.
