Résumé: Kan ikke føje en ekstern Avamar-server til kildewebsiden for Client Manager (/aam). Dette skyldes, at det er nødvendigt at importere Avamar-fjernservercertifikatet fra kilden.

Tcpdump/Wireshark
Før du klikker på Gem i kilde Client Manager for at forsøge at tilføje en server, skal du tage en tcpdump på kilde Avamars primære grænseflade, der kun fanger pakker med en kilde eller destinations-IP for den eksterne Avamar, vi forsøger at tilføje.
Eksempel:

Kør kommandoen tcpdump dump for at begynde at registrere netværkstrafik.
Når du har startet kommandoen, skal du klikke på Gem på siden Client Manager for at forsøge at tilføje Avamar eksternt.
Når godkendelsesfejlen opstår, CTRL C tcpdump for at stoppe med at fange pakker.

Cause
Under denne forbindelse vil kilden Avamar forsøge at validere Avamar-fjernserverens mcssl-certifikat ved hjælp af sit eget tillidslager /usr/local/avamar/lib/rmi_ssl_keystore.
Hvis den eksterne Avamars mcssl ikke er i kilden Avamars rmi-nøglelager, lukkes stikket efter TLS-håndtryksfejl (se tcpdump-analyse i symptomer)
Résolution
- Avamar-fjernserver, der tilføjes, har selvsignerede webcertifikater (MCSSL er selvsigneret i RMI Keystore)
