Each offering comes with specific entitlements, with a range from Basic Hardware support through to ProSupportPlus Mission Critical.

Customers can check their current entitlements via the dell portal, using their asset Serial Number/Service Tag.

If these differ from what the customer is expecting they can contact the account team via the Renewal or Extension option.
