ABV0007: VM Direct engine 'localhost' is unable to back up the virtual machine 'my-vm-name' on vCenter 'my-vcenter.my-domain.com' because of an SQL agent issue.

The VM Direct engine cannot complete the backup of this virtual machine because the SQL agent operation was unsuccessful.

 If there is too much activity on the vSphere and the guest virtual machine, wait until some activities complete and then retry the operation.

Suojauskäytännölle määritetyt lockbox-tunnistetiedot käyttävät Active Directory -toimialueen tunnusta. Tunnistetietojen määritys ei sisällä käyttäjätilin toimialuenimeä. Suojauskäytännön tunnistetietotilissä on käytettävä muotoa User@Domain .

Muokkaa suojauskäytännön tunnistetietojen tallennettuja todennustietoja.

1. Valitse vasemmasta siirtymisruudusta Järjestelmänvalvojan > tunnistetiedot, niin näet Credentials details -ikkunan .
2. Etsi tunnistetieto tallennettujen tunnistetietojen luettelosta. Järjestä tunnistetietoluettelo suodattimien ja sarakkeiden lajitteluasetusten avulla.
3. Valitse tunnistetiedot luettelosta ja valitse sitten Muokkaa. Edit Credential -valintaikkuna avautuu.
4. Muokkaa 'käyttäjänimi' -kenttä "testuser" -kentästä "testuser@my-domainiksi".
5. Päivitä tallennetut tunnistetiedot valitsemalla Tallenna .
6. Testaa suojauskäytäntö päivitetyillä tunnistetiedoilla.
