PowerProtect: Il backup con riconoscimento dell'app della macchina virtuale SQL Server non riesce ABV0007 "unable to authenticate"

PowerProtect Data Manager protegge le macchine virtuali (VM) con la soluzione compatibile con l'applicazione Microsoft SQL Server. La configurazione iniziale del backup con riconoscimento dell'applicazione di Microsoft SQL Server genera ABV0007 "Unable to authenticate".
 

ABV0007: VM Direct engine 'localhost' is unable to back up the virtual machine 'my-vm-name' on vCenter 'my-vcenter.my-domain.com' because of an SQL agent issue.

The VM Direct engine cannot complete the backup of this virtual machine because the SQL agent operation was unsuccessful.

 If there is too much activity on the vSphere and the guest virtual machine, wait until some activities complete and then retry the operation.

Le credenziali dell'archivio protetto configurate per la policy di protezione utilizzano un account di dominio Active Directory. La configurazione delle credenziali non include il nome di dominio per l'account utente. È necessario utilizzare il formato "User@Domain" per l'account delle credenziali della policy di protezione.

Modificare i dettagli di autenticazione archiviati per le credenziali della policy di protezione.

1. Nel riquadro di navigazione a sinistra, selezionare " > Administration Credentials" per visualizzare la finestra Credentials detail.
2. Individuare le credenziali nell'elenco delle credenziali archiviate. Utilizzare i filtri e le opzioni di ordinamento delle colonne per organizzare l'elenco delle credenziali.
3. Selezionare le credenziali dall'elenco, quindi fare clic su Edit. Viene visualizzata la finestra di dialogo Edit Credential .
4. Modificare il campo "username" da "testuser" a "testuser@my-domain".
5. Cliccare su Save per aggiornare le credenziali archiviate.
6. Testare la policy di protezione con le credenziali aggiornate.
