ABV0007: VM Direct engine 'localhost' is unable to back up the virtual machine 'my-vm-name' on vCenter 'my-vcenter.my-domain.com' because of an SQL agent issue.

The VM Direct engine cannot complete the backup of this virtual machine because the SQL agent operation was unsuccessful.

 If there is too much activity on the vSphere and the guest virtual machine, wait until some activities complete and then retry the operation.

為保護原則設定的加密箱認證使用 Active Directory 網域帳戶。憑據配置不包括用戶帳戶的功能變數名稱。保護原則登入資料帳戶必須使用 「User@Domain」 格式

編輯保護原則登入資料的已儲存驗證詳細資料

1. 從左側導覽窗格中選取 「Administration > Credentials」以查看 「Credentials 」詳細資料視窗
2. 在存儲的憑據清單中找到憑據。使用篩選器和欄排序選項組織憑據清單。
3. 從清單中選取 認證 ，然後按一下 編輯。編輯 認證 對話方塊隨即開啟。
4. 將「username」欄位從「testuser」修改為「testuser@my-domain」。
5. 按一下 儲存 以更新儲存的認證。
6. 使用 更新的登入資料測試保護原則
