Symptômes

首次将 VPLEX 添加到 AppSync。

在 AppSync 中添加 VPLEX 本地设置失败，并显示以下错误：
错误 500：VPLEX metro <IP 地址>的两个群集管理服务器之间的网络连接不起作用。验证两个群集的管理服务器之间的连接状态。
 
在 AppSync 服务器日志中，“cluster-connectivity”REST 调用返回 null 响应。 

然后，AppSync 报告 VPLEX Metro 群集的两个管理服务器之间的网络连接不起作用。

此消息具有误导性，因为这是 VPLEX 本地设置。只有一个管理服务器。

Cause

AppSync 发出“群集连接”REST 请求。此 REST 请求不适用于 VPLEX 本地设置。 

Résolution

临时解决方法：

AppSync 工程部门已为 AppSync 3.1 提供了热修复程序。
