Symptômes

AWCCバージョン5.xには、接続されているAlienware周辺機器の[ファームウェア アップデート]ボタンはありません。一部のAlienwareおよびDell製システムでは、バージョン6.xではサポートされていないため、ファームウェア アップデートのためにAWCCバージョン6.xにアップデートできません。
