How to Obtain the VMware Carbon Black Cloud Endpoint Company Code

The VMware Carbon Black Cloud Endpoint company code is used to:

• Activate the Carbon Black Cloud Endpoint sensor.
• Troubleshoot the VMware Carbon Black Cloud.

1. In a web browser, go to [REGION].conferdeploy.net.
   Note: [REGION] = Region of tenant

   • Americas = https://defense-prod05.conferdeploy.net/
   • Europe = https://defense-eu.conferdeploy.net/
   • Asia Pacific = https://defense-prodnrt.conferdeploy.net/
   • Australia and New Zealand = https://defense-prodsyd.conferdeploy.net
2. Sign In to the VMware Carbon Black Cloud.
   
3. In the left menu pane, click ENDPOINTS.
   
   Note: The layout in the example may differ slightly from your environment.
4. In the upper right, select Sensor Options and then click Company codes.
   
5. Document the Sensor v3.x+ Company Registration Code.
   
   Note: The Company Registration Code that is used in the example has been obfuscated.
