PowerScale: Audit System Is Down

Symptômes

Error in messages:

Cause

A defect in code where the payload size exceeds the limit.

Résolution

Engineering is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.

Workaround:

  1. Verify config auditing is enabled:
powerscale-3# isi audit settings global view

Note: If this is set to No, there is a different issue involved. Contact Dell Technologies Support.

 

  1. Set config auditing to disabled temporarily:
powerscale-3# isi audit settings global modify --config-auditing-enabled=false
  1. Re-apply the license, and then enable it:
powerscale-3# isi audit settings global modify --config-auditing-enabled=true
